We moved out of our home and trusted Luis and his team to work on our 1988 home. The floors needed to be removed, leveled, there was water damage that needed to be repaired as well as the installation of all new floors and stairs. This was all amazingly completed in ten days. Additionally, Luis cleaned the entire house when completed. Everything was dusted, walls, shelving, surfaces, EVERYTHING was left spotless. His pricing is the very best around. They work hard!! His craftsmanship is incredible. He has incredible skills!! Our home had so many flooring issues that needed to be addressed. He identified and flixed them all. He did a thorough walk-through with us and explained all options, and worked with us to choose a flooring style that would complement our existing floors. Luis handled everything from start to finish, not just removing and disposing of our old carpet and installing the new vinyl flooring planks, but also leveling the subfloor, adding underlayment, and cutting & painting baseboard. He quoted us an excellent price, and even finished well before the estimated timeline he gave us.
